Held on August 8 (8/8) each year, Top 8 Challenge Day encourages people to take the day and focus on what they eat. For one meal or the whole day on the 8/8, do not eat any of the top 8 allergenic foods and don8 (donate) to make a real difference to those with eosinophilic disorders.
The eight allergen foods are Milk, Eggs, Wheat, Fish, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, and Shellfish.
