"Wear it. Beat it," is a British Heart Foundation (BHF) promotion within the UK each year that promotes wearing red during the month to fund heart research.
Get together with friends, family, and colleagues, and add red to the dress code. Whether it's a red wig, a scarlet dress, or a crimson tie, however, you decide to wear red, you'll be supporting our life-saving research. You can even go the extra mile by hosting a red bake sale, a red raffle, or a red fancy dress competition to raise some extra cash.
In 2018, this event moved from a daily to a monthly event. The money raised supports BHF's life-saving research.
