DESCRIPTION:
Step into Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol" and live the experience as in Victorian England. Each year the city of Rochester in Kent, the United Kingdom, rolls out the red carpet, plumb pudding, and Christmas Carols in a unique, fun-filled family festival. Annually the first weekend of December.
This event began in 1988.
